new project to start: Straatlokaal
On the second of April, we start with a brand new project! We’ll begin in suburb Leidsche Rijn were we’ll be for seven days to collect materials and build the first of three container buildings. Download the English press release here and the Dutch one here.
Coming home
We are very pleased to announce that we will start a new and enhanced Foundation project in our home city Utrecht! We will kick off in April when we will be browsing and building in three different districts: Kanaleneiland, Leidsche Rijn and Witte Vrouwen. After staying a week in each neighborhood, we will bring all of the results and found footage to the city centre to assemble a pavilion with soundscapes en videomaterial from the neighborhoods. We’ll work together with electronic art assembly Born Digital and with Sonostruct~, a small collective of music technologists and composers. We’ll keep you updated!
